General terms and conditions (GTC) for booking ice hockey training camps:

1. Conclusion of contract:

1.1 The booking of an ice hockey training camp with Hockeylab GbR is made by the customer on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions and represents a binding offer to conclude a contract.

1.2 The contract is only concluded when Hockeylab GbR confirms the booking request in writing or by email.

2. Services:

2.1 The scope of the ice hockey training camp services can be seen in the respective description on the website (www.hockeylab.de).

2.2 Hockeylab GbR reserves the right to make changes to the scope of services, provided this is reasonable and does not fundamentally change the overall layout of the booked training camp.

2.3 Hockeylab GbR is entitled to make necessary changes or deviations in terms of content, methodology and organization (e.g. due to legal changes) before or during the event, in particular to reduce or expand them appropriately, insofar as these do not significantly affect the benefit of the announced event for the participant change.

2.4 Hockeylab GbR is entitled to replace the designated trainers if necessary (e.g. in the event of illness or accident) with other persons who are equally qualified with regard to the announced topic.

2.5 The documents made available as part of the training camp are created to the best of our knowledge and knowledge. Liability and guarantee for the correctness, topicality, completeness and quality of the content are excluded.

2.6 Statements and explanations about the training camps in advertising materials and on the Hockeylab GbR website and in the documentation are to be understood exclusively as a description of the condition and not as a guarantee or assurance of a property.

3. Prices and terms of payment:

3.1 The current prices for ice hockey training camps are published on the Hockeylab GbR website.

3.2 Payment is made in advance according to the payment methods stated on the website.

3.3 If the payment obligation is not met, Hockeylab GbR reserves the right to cancel the booking.

4. Withdrawal and Cancellation:

4.1 The website to charge stated staggering.

4.2 Registrations for training camps can only be withdrawn in writing. The customer can cancel free of charge during the cancellation period. If you withdraw after the cancellation period, a processing fee of €50.00 will be charged.

4.3 In addition, the following cancellation deadlines apply:

4.3.1 Withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of a training camp will be refunded 100% of the registration fees. (Less processing fee).

4.3.2 Cancellation less than 60 days to 30 days before the start of a training camp will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

4.3.3 Withdrawal less than 30 days before the start of a training camp will not be refunded.

5. Disciplinary reprimand from the training camp:

5.1 Hockeylab GbR reserves the right to exclude participants from the training camp with immediate effect for disciplinary reasons after consultation with the parents. In the event of exclusion, the participation fee will not be refunded by Hockeylab GbR.

6. Withdrawal/appointment cancellation by the organizer

6.1 Hockeylab GbR is entitled to cancel individual appointments if the respective appointment cannot be held for an important reason. An important reason exists in particular if there are not enough registrations for the respective training camp.

6.2 The respective appointment has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control.

6.3 If it is not possible to catch up on the training camp, the participants will be credited with the full participation fee. The participants are not entitled to any further claims, in particular claims for damages. The Hockeylab GbR cannot be charged for any travel or cancellation costs incurred.

7. Liability:

7.1 Hockeylab GbR is not liable for personal injury or damage to property during the training camp, unless this is due to gross negligence or intent on the part of Hockeylab GbR.

7.2 Any liability of Hockeylab GbR for the loss or theft of personal items during a training camp is excluded.

7.3 It is expressly pointed out that participation in the camps is at your own risk. With the conclusion of the contract, the legal guardian assures that the participant is sporty and fully resilient. Accidents and injuries while exercising cannot be ruled out, even if the utmost care is taken.

7.4 The legal guardians allow the participant to be cared for by the supervisors/trainers in the event of minor injuries. E.g. for abrasions/bruise.

7.5 The participants must have adequate health and compulsory insurance.

8. Data protection:

8.1 The data collected in connection with the booking will be treated in accordance with the data protection regulations of Hockeylab GbR. (Privacy Policy)

9. Copyrights:

9.1 The training camps offered by Hockeylab GbR are prepared and designed by the trainers with care, taking into account the current state of science and technology with considerable effort and reflect the subjective view of the respective trainer. All training documents and information developed by the trainer are therefore subject to copyright protection. The use of the training documents is only permitted to the participants of the respective training camp within the framework of the following provisions.

9.2 Each registered participant has the right to use the content offered during the events for their own purposes. The participant may not pass on any reproduction of the content in printed or electronic form to third parties.

9.3 All copyrights, rights of use and other intellectual property rights to the training camps of Hockeylab GbR remain with Hockeylab GbR and/or the respective trainer. The participants are only entitled to use the training camps and the information and documents provided there for their own purposes. There is no authorization to record the training camps and/or to make them available to third parties for use and/or to make them publicly accessible in any other way, for example on the internet, intranet and extranets. The same applies to the commercial duplication and/or resale of the content from the training camps.

9.4 Handouts, presentations, training manuals, training plans, software and other training documents are protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, translating or converting to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Hockeylab GbR and/or the respective trainer is not permitted.

9.5 Digital processing, storage and/or duplication of analogue material without the prior written consent of Hockeylab GbR and/or the respective trainer is not permitted.

9.6 The same applies to changing the content, for example in the form of shortening or expansion and any other form of editing that goes beyond private use.

10. Right of withdrawal for participants:

10.1 Cancellation policy:

As a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to revoke a training camp registration within 14 days without giving reasons, which you have concluded with us using only long-distance communication. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Hockeylab GbR (Göggelsbucher Westring 32, 90584 Allersberg, email info@hockeylab.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel this to revoke the contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

10.2 Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we receive from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of the contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.

10.3 Special notes:

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal. According to Section 356 (4) BGB, this is the case if you decide to attend and participate in a booked training camp and/or other event before the end of the cancellation period. In this case, we will start providing the service at the start of the training camp/event and your right of withdrawal will therefore expire prematurely at the start of your participation in the training camp/event.

2. Prices and terms of payment:

are inclusive of statutory value added tax.
