FAQ
What age is the camp suitable for?
Our camps are best suited for players born between 2017 and 2009 inclusive. If your child does not belong to these years, please feel free to contact us and we will look at your case in detail.
What do we need to bring?
First and foremost anticipation!
Please also bring all equipment (don't forget a neck brace), 1-2 racquets for ice training, 1 racquet for dry training (may be used on concrete), sportswear for off-ice training (shoes, shirt, pants, cap), drinking bottle, skipping rope and the participant's insurance card.
Please do not forget to label all equipment so that there is no confusion in the cabin.
When does the camp start and end?
You can find an approximate schedule on our homepage under the menu item Registration. The fixed schedule will be emailed to you in good time before the start of the camp.
Personal registration is open the day before from 3:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
What is the Player Report and what makes it special?
The Player Report is our individual and detailed feedback on each participant. Unlike other camps, we will judge each player subjectively and honestly. In our opinion it is important to communicate your weaknesses honestly and directly to the players. It doesn't help anyone if we give our participants a false positive testimonial just to be able to win them back as customers. Therefore, take the feedback positively for you and try to work on your weaknesses until the next camp.
Is the overnight stay included?
You have to organize your overnight stay yourself. However, you will certainly find what you are looking for quickly. There is something for every taste in Pilsen.
Can we have our skates sharpened?
Very gladly!
We offer our professional grinding service on site. Feel free to take the chance to get a high-end polish like our pros to take it to the next level of performance.
What jersey size do I need?
No worries!
In contrast to other camps, we want to keep the costs for our participants as low as possible. That's why we decided to use our jersey sets several times. The jerseys and socks must be returned. If you don't return it, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the jersey or socks. If a participant would like to purchase a jersey, this is of course possible. We have enough jerseys and socks in different sizes in stock.
See our FAQs for the jersey size chart.
Are food and drinks included?
All participants get a warm lunch (soup + main course) and a drink. Drinks are offered throughout the cabin (don't forget your drinking bottle). In addition, we always serve fresh fruit and various healthy snacks.
Are there vegetarian and/or vegan dishes?
Just let us know when you register and we will take care of an individual menu.
What happens if you cancel at short notice?
We ask for your understanding that in the event of a short-term cancellation or termination of the camp, no reimbursement of the costs can be made. We expressly recommend that you cover this risk by taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Our exact cancellation conditions can be found in our terms and conditions.
